If you’re RETURNING to Luminesque and wish to join a PUMPS or STILETTOS level for the first time, book a Placement Class.
These classes are where our Placement Experts can help you find the best PROGRESS level for you and your goals.
You’ll start with filling out a short card with your goals and ideal class. Then, get moving with a warmup before learning a piece of choreography that gets progressively more difficult as you go. Then, we’ll have small groups run the choreography while our experts watch so they can provide you a personalized plan for the best course for you. Unlike an audition, EVERYONE who attends a Placement class will be accepted into the PROGRESS program, they'll just receive different level recommendations.
Reducing performance anxiety and creating an enjoyable experience are big priorities for us, so if a Placement Class sounds needlessly stressful for you - we have other options! Contact us to explore other ways to receive a level recommendation.

Placement classes only offer simple level assignments. If you wish to discuss more personal feedback following a Placement Class, you may book a coaching call with one of our certified placement faculty. If you desire a deep assessment of your goals and abilities, or personal recommendations/tools for how to improve your dancing - we recommend you book a private dance lesson.
